Information and Referral is a fully operational 2-1-1 call center, serving Clark and Champaign Counties. What is 2-1-1? 2-1-1 is an easy to remember telephone number that connects people with important community services and resources. It is an essential service, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

I&R provides referrals to not-for-profit programs such as;

Agencies/Programs, Support Groups, Service Clubs, Church Outreaches, Food Pantries, Emergency Assistance, Recreational Activities, Training Opportunities, Neighborhood Services, Employment/Training Services, Information for Families, and Resource Directories

Information & Referral for Families

A trained Family Resource Specialist is available to talk with families and service providers about local resources. This line also serves as the after-hours number to report child abuse or neglect.

Training Opportunities

Information & Referral offers training that will enhance your organization’s knowledge of resources and access to services. The training will be developed to meet the individual needs of agencies. Staff is also available for speaking engagements.
