2019/2020 Grant Application

Applications are now being accepted for United Way of Clark, Champaign & Madison Counties’ (UWCCMC) 2019-2020 (July to June) grant cycle.

UWCCMC works to advance the common good of local communities through three main impact areas; Health, Education and Financial Stability. UWCCMC grants funds to nonprofit organizations/programs that provide services in at least one of our three impact areas and serve residence of Clark, Champaign or Madison Counties.

To be eligible for a grant from United Way of Clark, Champaign & Madison Counties, organizations must meet all of the following criteria:
• Have nonprofit status under state law
• Have paid or volunteer staff and a governing board that holds regular meetings
• Provide services in Clark, Champaign or Madison Counties
• Provide services without discrimination on the basis of race, sex, creed, age or national origin.

Below are the links to each application, the budget template form and the scoring rubric (new for 2019). Please note: If applying within Clark and Champaign County, you must use the application that corresponds to the appropriate impact area. You may apply within multiple impact areas, but separate applications must be submitted. In Madison County, one application is used for all three impact areas.
