The Volunteer Center is a clearinghouse for volunteers for the non-profit community agencies needing volunteer help. They recruit, interview and refer volunteers, adults, teens and families to these agencies.
The Volunteer Center also conducts the Christmas Clearing Bureau. They provide volunteers who take applications for Christmas assistance. In addition, they offer a master filing system, the goal of which is to prevent duplication of giving at Christmas time.
