The City of Springfield and Clark County have partnered with The Salvation Army, 15 S. Plum St., Springfield, to utilize their gym as a warming center for people in need of shelter between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on January 20, 21 and 22, 2025. The warming center will need community volunteers to help with tasks including: intake, serving food, cleaning and other tasks as they arise. Please sign up for one or more shifts to help support our neighbors in need during this dangerously cold weather. Have questions?
