Bridges Community Action Partnership is a private nonprofit community action agency dedicated to helping and serving low-income individuals and families in Madison, Champaign, Delaware, Union, Shelby, and Logan counties. Bridges helps improve the lives of individuals and families by providing a variety of programs and assistance with utilities, home improvement, family development, work resources, safe housing, financial education, and medical needs.
