Ohio's Community Mercy Hospice is a physician-directed program that addresses the medical, spiritual, emotional, and social needs of the terminally ill and their families. Ohio's Community Mercy Hospice provides these services through home care, in partnership with extended care and assisted living facilities and through hospital care. Their program is patient-focused and seeks to improve individuals' quality of life. Ohio's Community Mercy Hospice also provides grief support through their Pathways of Hope counseling center. Pathways is available to anyone who has experienced loss regardless of whether hospice services were utilized.
